Finding Inner Peace: 7 Days of Teachings and Meditations with Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng consists of morning teachings and evening meditations. Consistency strengthens the pathway to Presence, so we will send a brief email each morning with a link to the daily practice. Each practice is less than 15 minutes in length. We recommend setting aside uninterrupted time in the morning and evening each day to support your practice.
