Fairmont Chateau Whistler
Whistler is a town north of Vancouver, British Columbia, that’s home to Whistler Blackcomb, one of the largest ski resorts in North America. The hub of Whistler is a compact, chalet-style pedestrian village at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The stunning landscape, pedestrian-only Village, and genuine, down-to-earth mountain culture make Whistler an unforgettable year-round destination. Combining classic elegance and a modern alpine setting, Fairmont Chateau Whistler is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain in the picturesque Whistler Village.
From outdoor adventures such as hiking and biking to exploring the peaceful trails through the west coast forest, there is something for everyone to enjoy at this modern alpine getaway. Treat yourself to one of the many restaurants in Whistler Village or spend a few hours of relaxation in the Scandinave Spa, an outdoor nature-focused health spa with hot and cold pools surrounded by the woodland.
Lodging
We have reserved a block of rooms at a special group rate for retreat participants at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. The nightly group rate starts at $350 USD ($489.00 CAD) for a single occupancy room or $410 USD ($569.00 CAD) for a double occupancy room. A Community lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is included for rooms booked at the group rate on retreat nights. Our block of rooms is limited and will sell out. We encourage you to book your lodging as soon as possible if you wish to stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
A resort fee of $35.00 CAD will be charged per night for each room, plus a housekeeping fee of $5.00 CAD per night. GST and provincial taxes are additional. A valid credit card will be required upon booking.

Dining
Join us for community lunches during the retreat. These community lunches are designed for participants to gather and build meaningful relationships and discussions. For those staying in the retreat room block at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, your community lunches will be included in your room rate for nights booked at the group rate on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. For those staying outside of the retreat hotel, lunches may be purchased for an additional cost at a later date. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be offered.
For breakfast and dinner, guests are encouraged to dine at one of several restaurants and casual cafés in the Fairmont Chateau Whistler: Portobello (casual dining, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner), Wildflower (locally driven cuisine, open for breakfast and dinner), The Grill Room (fine dining, only open for dinner), and The Mallard Lounge (contemporary Canadian fare, open for lunch and dinner).

There are many transportation options available upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, including Whistler shuttles and car rentals. Driving time is approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic through the City of Vancouver.

Event tickets are refundable until May 1, 2026, less a $100 USD cancellation fee per person.
After May 1, 2026, cancellation requests and refund requests will not be accepted except in cases of medical emergency, with proper documentation.There will be a cancellation fee of up to 20% of your registration fee.
